WAVE MOTION APPARATUS (24-Pulleys)

For demonstrating the movement of progressive transverse and longitudinal waves. Comprises a number of circular discs (aluminum metal) mounted equidistant from each other's on a horizontal shaft in gradually varying degrees of eccentricity, with each disc having a vertical rod of same length supported on top and sliding up and down into a pair of guides. Longitudinal waves are obtained from the bent rods. All pullies / discs are made from aluminum metal. Complete assembly mounted on wooden base.
