PN Junction Diode Characteristics

With built in dual IC regulated power supplies, fitted with selected semi conductor Diode OA-79 / IN4007 or its equivalent, mounted on the front panel. Four MO-65 meters with their separate sockets are provided on the front panel. 0-1.5V, 30V, 100mA & 10mA. Specifications & features are same as per Cat. No. 1955. This instrument is supplied with four digital meters instead of analog meters.
