PN Junction Diode Characteristics Appt (with Four Analog Meters)

With built in dual IC regulated power supplies, fitted with selected semi conductor Diode OA-79 / IN4007 or its equivalent, mounted on the front panel. Four MO-65 meters with their
separate sockets are provided on the front panel. 0-1.5V, 30V, 100mA & 10mA. 

FEATURES:
Connections of supplies, meters & PN Junction diodes are brought out through 4mm coloured sockets

Supplied in powder coated sheet metal box. Circuit diagram with symbols are printed in multi colour on the front panel for ease of students.

Fuse for short circuit protection. Supplied with required  quantity of 4mm Banana Plug leads & instruction manual.
