Junction Diode (Pn) & Zener Diode

This appt is used to draw the characteristic curve of PN Junction diode in forward bias & characteristic curve of zener diode in reverse bias. Two built in continually variable regulated power supplies (01V) & (0-10V) with four MO65 moving coil meters 1V,10V, 10mA & 20mA to monitor voltage & current with their independent sockets are mounted on front panel.
