- Instrument comprises of one IC regulated power supply 0- 5 Volt (150mA). Two analog moving coil meters model MO65 – 5V & 100mA for voltage & current measurements are mounted on front panel.
- One mini heating oven is in built within the unit & temperature of said oven is controlled by potentiometer.
- Selected PN junction diode is mounted inside the mini heating unit
- Voltage controlled through potentiometer.
