Jack Screw: · Threads per Inch (T.P.I.): 4 T.P.I. · Type: Double start screw (means two threads run simultaneously)
Load Platform: · Mounted at the top of the jack screw & moves vertically as the screw rotates.
Nut: · Fixed in a pedestal bearing allowing smooth rotation of the screw. Keyed to a Worm Gear — ensures synchronized movement.
Worm Gear Assembly: Worm Gear: 40 teeth. Worm Screw: Engages the gear and transfers input motion to the jack screw
Effort Wheel: Diameter: 15 cm, Mounted on the spindle of the worm screw. Used to apply manual.
