Bi-PRISM ASSEMBLY COMPLETE WITH OPTICAL BENCH RAIL TYPE

Fresnel Bi-Prism setup illustrates about the phenomenon of interference of light. With the help of interference phenomenon, we can 
find the wavelength of monochromatic source like sodium light in a very easy manner.
Bi-Prism produces interference pattern from a single source due to the creation of two virtual coherent sources as the light passes 
through the Bi-Prism.
All components are made at of anodized aluminium, brass & S.S to avoid corrosion. Sodium vapour lamp is used as light source. 
Supplied without sodium vapour lamp unit.
This appt. consist of optical rail of 1.5 meter long of Cat no. 1240-C (Model ), one standard mount carrier of Cat No. 1242 BC-4
(Model ), 4 nos. mount carriers with translation stage of Cat No. 1243 (Model ) and Bi-Prism assembly of Cat No1256 MC-S MC-TS
(Optical slit, micrometer eyepiece, Bi-Prism with Bi-Prism holder, condensing lens & lens for D1 D2 lines) are adjusted so as to obtain 
well defined bright & dark fringes.
